OWN A FRANCHISE
Note: You must have 1-1.5 Million PKR for this project
Franchise Fee for All over Pakistan
Franchise will be given 5 lacs (include 3 lacs license fee + 2 ย lacs of stock at 35% of website sale price price)
License will be granted for 5 year and can be renewed with same or different terms agreed mutually
Franchise Agreement points by company!
- Company will provide further stock cash to cash without credit at 35% discount on Retail Price.
- Company will get 2% royalty on gross sales monthly. (After getting sales)
- Contract will be auto renewed yearly.
- Franchise owners must have 1-2 year agreement with shop/kisok owner/landlord.
- License fee is non-refundable.
- No other product else then FS SCENTS should be sale on shop. You can customized more fragrance of your choice with the name of our brand
- Shop renovation expenses and stock display along with inventory will be managed by the Franchise owner.
- Camera access must be given to company
- POS software will be provided by company
- More terms can be discussed at the time of signing the agreement!
What company will be providing?
Shop design along with Staff training and inventory management and shop will be considered as company shop, any help in Ads and sales, stock fulfillment and complete shop management training, POS software will be provided by company
Why are we charging 2% Royalty?
Royalty is important for company to run operation and provide after sales services to franchise and we will using that amount in advertisement of shop on monthly basis
What will be Gross sales?
Gross sales will depend on location and footfall of the area where the shop will be located, average Gross sale will be around 1 Million to 3 million.
What will be the net profit to the franchise owner?
It will be around 5-10% of gross sales after all expenses.
How much area is needed for a shop to Build?
Shop must have area of 40+ SQ FT
